Please read these terms before using the GEO Checker tools provided by Horus Index Visibility Lab.

1. Experimental tools
Horus Index Visibility Lab is an experimental environment. The tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or impact on your search or AI visibility.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect the terms and technical boundaries of the sites you analyze. Do not use the tools to target pages that you are not permitted to access or that explicitly forbid automated fetching.
3. No professional advice
The GEO / AEO insights provided by these tools are informational and exploratory. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you act on the signals and suggestions presented.
4. Accounts and data deletion
The GEO tools do not currently require you to create a user account. If accounts or saved workspaces are introduced in the future, you will be informed of the applicable terms and privacy practices. Regardless of whether you use an account, you may contact info@horusindex.com to request access to, or deletion of, personal data relating to you that is processed in connection with the lab, subject to applicable law.
5. Changes to the tools
The lab may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including altering analysis methods or removing tools. There is no commitment to maintain any specific functionality.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horus Index and the creators of this lab are not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from your use of the tools, including changes in rankings, visibility, or traffic.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, as well as applicable EU regulations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the tools shall be submitted to the competent courts in Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide you with different rights. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
